Getting the parts you need fast is easy at Controls Central!

Controls Central’s US-based team is always on the look out for its customers. (copy 04)

In the last articles, we shared how the customer service team at Controls Central can help its customers find parts they need.

They can do so even when supply is limited and during a time when product manufacturers are still working on ramping up to meet the current market demands.

Our team can find details through over 250 partner warehouse locations and distribution points by accessing a one-of-a-kind vast inventory network.

If you missed that article, you could find it and the rest of Controls Central product and product tip articles here.

We had additional questions for the Controls Central team, specifically about how they access in-demand products and product information.

Sometimes customers require to confirm part compatibility, and they don't have time to talk to someone. They may need to reference a specific part for a project or bid or maintain a part that was replaced by something different.

Controls Central has been in business for over a decade, and throughout the years, we have obtained compatibility charts from over 30 manufacturers with product and product replacement information.

The brands and products represented in the dozens of compatibility charts are vast.

Categories include actuators, thermostat and thermostat parts, valves, including gas valves. Controls Central's brands include Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Siemens, Belimo, Invensys, Robertshaw, Johnson Controls, Mars products such as relays, motors, transformers, etc.

When customers can find what they need right on the spot, it saves them time and effort.

"Once customers know what they want, they have several options to leverage to place their order easily.  If the part a customer is looking for happens to be a hard-to-find part - or part that has been in short supply, our team will gladly notify them when the part or item becomes available."

Said Alex D., marketing director, Controls Central.

Customers can access a wide range of reference materials on the Controls Central website.  We also have a vast list of compatibility charts within the Controls Central Reference Materials program.

"Many times a customer already knows what they need because they have used our compatibility matrices to find the part alternative they need.

Said Ann M., customer experience specialist, Controls Central

In other instances, a customer will text a part number to the team and ask for a confirmation of the suitable replacement, and our team will check the library and help find what they need.

Once a customer has an account with Controls Central, ordering and reordering are swift.

Let's recap what we just shared.
