KW320 Series

 

The KW320 series is ideal for high-performance, high-accuracy power quality monitoring. It offers four different models to cater to various needs.

  • KW320-XX: Basic meter
  • KW320-PC: Includes a Polycarbonate Panel Upgrade
  • KW320Q-XX: Basic meter with Waveform Capture Feature
  • KW320Q-PC: Polycarbonate Panel Upgrade, coupled with Waveform Capture Feature

  • Power Quality Monitoring: The meters are designed to monitor harmonics up to the 63rd harmonic, qualifying them as true Power Quality (PQ) meters.
  • CT Flexibility: Users have the option to employ either Rogowski coils or 333mV split-core CTs, eliminating the need to specify the CT type during selection.

KW320B Power Meter Features:

 

Tailored to match specific cost and communication prerequisites, the KW320B shines with:

  1. Exclusive BACnet IP Communication: Sporting just a single Ethernet port, it operates solely on BACnet IP.
  2. Web Interface: Allows configuration either via its web interface or the display.
  3. Streamlined Features: Unlike the KW 320, this model doesn't offer onboard data logging or Wi-Fi capabilities.

KW1850 Multi-Circuit Meter

 

The KW1850 is a versatile multi-circuit meter designed to efficiently handle up to six three-phase circuits. It's tailored to deliver comprehensive energy data and power quality monitoring, making it an optimal choice for various applications, especially where individual circuit monitoring is vital.

Key features include:

  • Digital Inputs and Outputs: With 18 digital inputs, six digital outputs, and two alarm relays, the KW1850 allows for pulse counting from external meters.
  • Stackable CT Inputs: A unique design feature enables the CT inputs to stack on top of each other, optimizing space and promoting efficient design.
  • Mounting Flexibility: Whether you're looking to mount it on DIN rails or house it in a NEMA 4X enclosure, the KW1850 provides easy installation options.

Panel Upgrades

 

ACI provides panel upgrade options for KW350, KW320, and KW1850 series meters. These upgrades come with pre-labeled CT terminals, fused terminal blocks, and pre-wiring, simplifying installation and reducing the chances of wiring issues. Current Transformers (CTs) Selection for ACI's Meters

  2. Amperage Range: Opt for CTs covering the entire current range of your circuits.

  4. Form Factor: Choose between split-core (opening) or solid-core (non-opening) based on installation ease.
  5. Special Cases: For higher amperage (above 600A) or large conductors, consider Rogowski Coils or parallel CTs.
