How to Keep Your Customers Happy

If you are in the HVACR or maintenance business, you probably have spent way too much time looking for inventory and parts! All so that you can provide excellent service to your customers. 

We wanted to know more about the industry-wide stockouts because we wanted to find out how Controls Central has maintained excellent customer reviews even with the challenges at hand.  

So, we spent some time chatting with Ann M and Jessi R; both work as Customer Experience Specialists and work with customers all day long. 

During our chat, we 'zoned' in on a few things that the team does to keep customers happy and access millions of products. 

Starting with helping customers find what they need.

"So, if we don't have the part in stock, we "hunt it down"  and leverage our hundreds of stocking locations and connections. 

At Controls Central, our team can access over 2.5 million parts. Controls Central's vast inventory network allows us to locate and find the correct part. So, even if the part does not appear to be available, the Controls Central our team goes to town and finds the part."
