Planning has always been an instrumental part of our daily lives, planning work, planning jobs, career moves, weekends, etc. Routines are always a great way to ensure processes are met and tasks are efficiently done; however, these last years have proven that human resilience and change are instrumental in moving forward. 

And not to mention, this week marks the last week of a brand-new year! And while last year you probably thought that by now the pandemic could be well behind us, it seems like instead of things just taking a turn and returning back to the way they were they are just evolving, and continue to evolve! 

So with all these changes, and rapid evolution of routines, how does a facilities manager, an HVAC buyer, installer or technician continue to service our customers effectively? 

Many of us had the privilege of being able to continue to work at a time when buildings were closed for business. People moving to their homes just meant our jobs evolved or changed.
