NEW ACI MSCT SERIES ANALOG CURRENT SENSOR

Introducing the new ACI MSCT Series Analog Current Sensor, representing a leap forward in current sensing technology.

NEW ACI MSCT SERIES ANALOG CURRENT SENSOR

SMALLER ENCLOSURE, SPLIT-CORE DESIGN, AND HIGH ACCURACY

We are thrilled to introduce our latest innovation in the world of current sensing technology – the MSCT Series Analog Current Sensor. Combining the technology from our innovative ECM sensor with the success of our previous series, the MSCT Analog Current Sensors are engineered to meet the evolving demands of AC current monitoring applications. The MSCT Series continues ACI’s trend in setting a new industry standard for accuracy and reliability.

Key Features:
  1. Extended Operating Temperature Range: The MSCTA-40 has an operating temperature range of -22 to 140°F (-30 to 60°C) while the MSCTE-40 will have an operating temperature range of -22 to 122°F (-30 to 50°C).

  2. Enhanced Accuracy: With the industry's highest accuracy, the MSCT Series delivers a remarkable ±0.4% FS (MSCTE) or ±0.75% FS (MSCTA) over a wide operating temperature range. This precision allows you to stock fewer models with smaller ranges and reduce maintenance costs while empowering you to make well-informed decisions, ensuring your systems run at peak efficiency.

  3. Versatile Output Options: Tailor the MSCT to your specific needs with the MSCTA-40's 2-wire, 4-20mA loop-powered output or the MSCTE-40's 0-5VDC output.

  4. Versatility in Applications: Ideal for monitoring resistive loads, single-speed linear loads, pumps, compressors, fans, and more. The MSCT Current Sensors shine in applications where a 50/60 Hz, pure sinusoidal AC waveform is present.

  5. Installation Flexibility: The MSCT Current Sensors feature a split-core design for effortless installation and No Range selection jumpers or potentiometers for field calibration. Secure them easily with the integrated cable tie anchor to the cable or mount effortlessly using the attachable mounting foot, which can be screw mounted or snapped onto any 35 mm Din Rail.

Applications:

  • Load Trending (Energy/Cost Reduction/Process Improvement)
  • Single Speed Loads
  • Pumps and Compressors
  • Fans
  • Appliances
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • LEED / AI (Cloud Monitoring Services)
  • Project Justification (Calculating ROI)
  • Industrial Process Control

Quality Assurance:

Backed by ACI's Five (5) Year Limited Warranty, the MSCT Current Sensors uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality, durable solutions. Additionally, these sensors are UL/CUL Listed (UL508), CE, RoHS, UKCA, China RoHS, FCC, and CAN ICES-3/NMB-3 compliant.
