Evaporator low temp limit control
The Robertshaw® ECL-35 is designed to be an evaporator coil low temperature limit. If the ECL-35 is attached to the suction line of the evaporator coil and wired in series with the Y connection to the compressor, its normally closed contact will shut down the refrigeration compressor when it senses the evaporator coil freezing up. The ECL-35 has a preformed clip attached to secure it to the evaporator suction line.
