Sporlan Tetraseal| PRODUCT OVERVIEW | 2645-000 motor is a range of stainless steel air motor in seven different sizes, with power ranging from 20 to 1200 Watts and speeds from 5 to 24000 rpm. The air motor and planetary reduction gear are built into a polished stainless steel housing that is sealed by a fluorocarbon rubber O-ring. The output shaft, which is made of polished stainless steel, is also sealed by a fluorocarbon rubber seal. With all external components made of stainless steel meaning that they can be used in food grade applications and other enviroments where there is a risk of corrosion. The choice of materials reflects the fact that aggressive cleaning materials are used in food grade applications. Thanks to the cylindrical shape, there are no pockets that can accumulate dirt or bacteria. The P1V-S series is designed to be operated at intermittent intervals under non-lubricated conditions.
? P1V-S Stainless Steel Air Motors with Brake : The integrated brake is a spring-loaded disc brake, which is released at a minimum air pressure of 5 bar. The brake is applied in the absence of pressure. The technology and the size of air motors with stationary brake make them ideal for applications that require quick stopping after the air pressure to the motor is cut. A typical application for brake motors is when the output shaft needs to be held in position when the motor stops delivering torque. The brake can handle more than 1500 braking operations per hour at maximum braking torque.
? Drilling Motors : Available with power ratings of 80, 170, 250, 400 and 600 Watts, and several different speeds for the machining of a range of materials. They can be fitted with collet chucks, drill chucks and quick-release chucks. Many of them also have accessories allowing the exhaust air to be removed. NOTE! These motors are not made of 100% stainless steel.
? Milling Motors : With a power rating of 400 Watts, runs at a relatively high speed, and is fitted with a collet chuck for a shaft diameter of 8 mm. It is equipped with strong bearings able to handle greater shear forces on the spindle. NOTE! These motors are not made of 100% stainless steel.
? Grinding Motors : With a power rating of 200 Watts, is fitted with a collet chuck for a shaft diameter of 8 mm and runs at a relatively high speed. It is equipped with strong bearings able to handle greater shear forces on the spindle. NOTE! These motors are not made of 100% stainless steel. |
