Infinite Switch
The 5500-228 and 5500-229 are functional replacements for the top burner element switches used on Frigidaire ranges. Mounting and dial shaft configuration are identical to the original Frigidaire control. The Frigidaire control was available in two stem lengths. The Uni-Line replacement kit dial shaft is 1-1/8" long with a break-off groove at 3/4" to match the two lengths used by Frigidaire.
Each kit includes the following: Two-wire extensions, quick-connect terminal adaptors, mounting screws, dial shaft clip-spring and installation instructions.
